2012年夏、ニューヨークはブルックリンで結成。メンバーはアビー（Key & Vo）、エリック（G）、クリス（B）、ゲイリー（D）の4人組。ニューヨークを中心に活動し、2012年12月にデモ曲「The Motivational Speaker」、2013年2月に1stシングル「Assassination 」をそれぞれ配信にて発表。そして2013年5月、4曲入り1stEPを配信、CD-R、カセットにてリリースする。ライドやジーザス＆メリーチェイン、ザ・サンデイズの影響を受けた、空間を活かしたギターサウンドと紅一点、アビーのスウィートなボーカルが魅力の期待の新星。
Let’s Be Loveless is an indie rock pop band that formed in the summer of 2012. Emerging from their independent artist packed Willamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, the band consists of East Coast natives, Eric Arikian, Chris Whalen, Gary Elliott, and San Franciscan, Abby Camaya. With the digital release of their single, “Assassination” on Valentine’s Day 2013, the rock quartet showcases their obsession for shoegaze, Britpop, and garage rock mixed with traditional pop song structures. The music is full of lush guitar textures, dreamy melodic vocals, and lyrics of loves gained and lost. The band’s self released EP will debut in Spring 2013.
